Orders placed on business days are dispatched within 24-48 hours, insulated and temperature-controlled. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Delivery times vary by destination; estimated times are shown at checkout.
Returns
Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition. To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days and we will provide return instructions. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
